How to submit contributions to Cleanify Magazine

Cleanify Magazine is pleased to accept outside contributions from cleaning industry professionals, experts, tinkerers, thinkers, consultants, and just about anyone with a point of view on all things cleaning. Here’s how that works.

Articles submitted for consideration should be of interest to readers of Cleanify Magazine and be written by a person, not a PR department.

We like articles that introduce new ideas around cleaning, such as green cleaning, cleaning business trends, and tips for consumers about cleaning. We want to engage our readers, so please provide content with fun and memorable anecdotes or examples that help illustrate your point of view.

We encourage drawing from your own experiences in business to support your ideas, but blatant self-promotion of your company will keep us from publishing your article.

The article must not be published anywhere else.

To get an idea of the types of articles we want to publish, please check out some of the topics we cover, such as tips for green cleaning your kitchen, cleaning quotes for famous houses, 5 most-loved cleaning tools, and our experts’ guide to detoxifying your home.

Our audience encompasses both sides of the cleaning equation

  • Busy consumers such as professionals, families, realtors, property managers, and vacation rental hosts who are in need of cleaning services, AND
  • Professional cleaning business owners who can provide those services.

Submitted articles must be 500-750 words. We cannot offer to pay for contributed articles, but if they’re engaging to read and useful to our audience, we will energetically promote them, just like any other article that runs on our site.

Send via email complete, unpublished articles only, to the marketing team at marketing at cleanify dot com.

Submissions are reviewed once a week, and the process is selective. We’re unable to give feedback about why a submission may not have been selected for publication.

Articles we do choose to publish:

  • Are subject to editing.
  • Headlines and subheads are subject to change.
  • Links may be added for context.
  • Images will be added at the discretion of Cleanify staff.
